The aroma wasn't anything special, I couldn't sense much bar an old book store. It had a pleasant snap when biting into it, and a very satisfying melt on the tongue. After the melt, I begun to taste the subtle kick of the chilli, and that really was an excitement for the taste buds. I was left with a tingly feeling on the tongue
The cocoa content itself was not high (I think 54%?) which made it quite creamy, but still enjoyable. What I love especially is that Moser Roth doesn't cost a fortune. But, sadly I wasn't a huge fan of the taste of this chocolate. I am not so big on chilli and chocolate
